Xiumei Velasco
Xiumei Velasco is a painter, muralist and stained glass artist who has been an important part of the vibrant Chicago art scene for over thirty years.
Xiumei loves to bike, to travel and to cook, with or without a wok, culinary masterpieces. She loves her dog, Arya, and loves the assist of her fellow stained glass artist, Jim.
Jim is a stained glass artist, a retired litigator-mediator and a former teacher. He assists in cutting, grinding, foiling and soldering of glass pieces. Jim also enjoys photography.
