survival
Broken Glass Loft
Survival is both elegy and anthem: endurance in a fractured world. At its center, father and daughter figures stand fragile in pale glass — guardians of each other. A golden yellow sheer partially frames them — a billowing reminder of lives lived amid ruin.
Nature presses forward. A giraffe, rendered in warm amber, rises as a symbol of graceful persistence. At the margins, creeping fungi and a ravaged “mushroom man” advance and threaten decay.
In the stained glass, fragility and permanence converge, Survival is a parable of resilience.
At 20” x 24”, Survival distills ruin and wonder through light and affirms not only that humanity endures, but also why.

life asserts itself
The color palette reinforces dialogue: muted greens and browns of overgrowth, dusky violets of aftermath, and sudden flares of orange-red, fire and hope alive together
